About Paige's Experiences
Paige creates immersive sound and movement experiences that leave you feeling grounded, euphoric and deeply connected, like a natural high for the mind, body and soul. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing, she guides students back to self love, inner safety and the feeling of being fully alive in their body.
She uses the modalities of embodied movement, high-frequency music, crystal singing bowls and heart-centered teaching to create experiences that feel uplifting, revitalizing and deeply connected. Known for her sparkly energy and “bestie vibes,” Paige creates spaces where people can soften, breathe deeply and reconnect with themselves without pressure or expectation.
In her spaces, there is no expectation to have a profound spiritual breakthrough all at once. These practices are a marathon, not a sprint. Paige meets you exactly where you are and invites you into a moment of pure presence through breath, movement and sound.
Students often leave feeling lighter, open-hearted and energized, reconnecting to the part of themselves that remembers everything is going to be okay. Whether in healing spaces, immersive wellness events or festival-inspired experiences, her intention is always the same: helping people feel safe, joyful and connected in their body again.



Paige's Healing Journey..
Paige found meditation, yoga and breathwork around the time her mom died, at 20 years old. She has used these healing modalities to help her cope with the grief that will always be a part of her. For years, she battled silent depression, putting on a brave mask for almost every one around her, in a constant state of hopelessness and shame, ready to break down into tears at something as simple as her coffee being wrong, and feeling the pull to dissociate with alcohol routinely on weekends.
It wasn’t until she started integrating these practices into her life regularly that she truly felt the medicine. She always thought that she had to meditate for hours every day or put an immense amount of pressure on how she thought the spiritual practices were supposed to look. Until she realized that it can be much simpler than that. After diving into the inner workings of the mind, clearing conscious (and unconscious) conditioning and learning to love all parts of herself, a daily reset can be as simple as a few intentional breaths in and out.
Now, she lives in a baseline of ease and flow. Romanticizing life and finding the joy in all the little things. Does she still experience challenging moments? OF COURSE. But it is no longer her state of being to be an emotional mess on the verge of tears, and that is extremely noticeable in the way she shows up and approaches life. She's here to remind others that fragile doesn’t have to be their baseline either-- let's get regulated.
Now, she's facilitated (and sold out) many group sound healing experiences as well as supported people in finding simple, accessible ways to reset their nervous systems. And she's just getting started in building a community centered around real healing, remembrance, and reconnection with your soul.
